GALLETA is a daughter of German-bred MURANAS JASSEHR, a representative of the Saklavi I sire line through the branch of NAZEER's iconic son MORAFIC, the leading imported Egyptian sire of national winners in the US during his lifetime. Muranas Jassehr continues this legacy with his own wins, such as Exloo International Junior Champion, German National Junior Champion, Kauber Platte Junior Champion, Wels International Junior Bronze Champion, Strohen Junior Gold Champion, All Nations Cup Senior Silver Champion, Chantilly Breeders' Cup Senior Gold Champion.
Galleta's dam, the showy GOLTERIA, is one of the best get of sire GALBA foaled on Polish soil. This multi European and Middle Eastern champion stallion was utilized at Michałów stud for two seasons, during which he delivered the several remarkable specimen: EL SAGHIRA, PADOVA, GORDION and ELLISEINA.
Maternally GOLTRA lays claim to the enormously accompilshed family of GASTRONOMIA. In fact all Polish-bred equines starting with the letter "G" descend from this one foundress!
